Описание:	The Casa Puesta del Sol Pego is a 2 storey villa built in 2005 in the district of L Almunia, in a sunny, elevated position, 10 km from the sea. It has a private garden with plants and flowers and a private swimming pool (5m x 10 m, 01.01 - 31.12) with built-in steps and a panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the valley.There are 3 bedrooms: one bedroom has 2 beds and the other has 1 french bed. The bedroom in the upper floor has also one french bed, air- conditioning, TV and bath/shower/WC.The is a living/dining room with swedish stove, satellite-TV, stereo unit, DVD and air-conditioning.
